8 more blogs dedicated to Armenia’s national minorities were opened during a seminar conducted by Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) Armenia branch in 17-19 September.
The seminar was dedicated to Citizen Journalism for Representatives of National Minorities, and its participants from Russian, Belarusian, Assyrian, and Yezidi communities have already made several posts on their blogs.
During the 3-day workshop, which included theoretical and practical lessons, participants got acquainted with a number of Web tools for information dissemination, as well as basic principles and ethics that guide journalism, norms of blogging and effective information dissemination through social networks.
